Celebration of Life
When our pets near the end of their life it can be an overwhelming time in our lives, we are left trying to manage everyday life while ensuring our pet is comfortable and ticking off items on their bucket list. It's no surprise that we can often overlook a golden opportunity to book in for a photography session to remember our pets, which is why Phoenix & Me work alongside the "Tilly Project" which offers free 'Celebration of Life' sessions for owners who are in the final weeks or days of saying farewell to their beloved pet.
What is required to qualify for a 'C.O.L Session'
Proof of diagnosis
We understand that pets of all ages can fall ill or have a shock diagnosis, and to ensure your pet can acquire a C.O.L Session we will need to either see any documents that includes your pet's unfortunate diagnosis or an email from your vet stating so.
Proof of old age
The lucky owners are those who are able to live with their pet as they grow into a senior citizen with little health issues. We understand that it's preferred to get that photograph session done before any health issues relating to old age may arise. For that reason our C.O.L sessions are available for all pets over the ages of 10 year old.
Where and when can I have my pets 'C.O.L Session'
The choice is yours, you can pick from your home to a park or even a studio session at a time that is convenient for you and your pet. Once you enquire with your booking we will be in contact and collectively we will move onto the next step which will involve a quick consultation over the phone/facetime or zoom/skype, this will enable us to go through further details regarding your upcoming session but will also allow us to get to know your pet a bit better before meeting.
